Buffalo, NY March 23, 2012: Applied Sciences Group has been selected as a Siemens Solution Partner.  This appointment enables ASG to provide our manufacturing clients with engineering support of one of the top brands in the world.

Siemens Solution Partners are identified for their broad range of industry and technology capabilities as well as their overall product and system know-how. Applied Sciences Group has been committed to providing the highest quality solutions to our customers for 20 years. Although ASG engineers have worked with the Siemens Automation product modules for many years, the Partner designation provides ASG engineers with additional training, tools and technical support for PLCs & HMI, SCADA, RFID, AC/DC Drives, Motion Control Machine Safety and Process Instrumentation.

Upon hearing of the appointment, ASG President, Paul Buckley said, "Our commitment to quality continues to resonate with our clients and to be given this distinction by a company like Siemens validates what we've been working for on behalf of our clients. The Solution Partner Program allows system integrators like Applied Sciences Group to stand apart from our competition as a preferred resource that has the ability and expertise to deliver quality solutions. Siemens has long been dominate in Europe and as the global economy and corporate engineering departments across the world have influenced our local customers, we began seeing Siemens equipment on a more regular basis which lead us to further develop our staff with the Siemens expertise and technologies."
