Fuze Hub Announces Manufacturing Innovation Fund
While attending a recent New York State Center of Excellence event we learned that: Fuze Hub recently announced the Jeff Lawrence Manufacturing Innovation Fund, a Manufacturing Innovation Grant that is available to non-profit organizations in New York State, quarterly.
Applicants must demonstrate industry partnerships through which the project will benefit companies, especially manufacturers or early stage companies with projects relevant to the manufacturing sector.
Manufacturing Innovations Grants are developed to offset the costs of assisting companies with the following types of projects:
- Prototype development
- Proof-of-concept manufacturing
- Manufacturing-related equipment purchases
- Manufacturing scale-up
- Market validation
- Other projects to advance manufacturing or manufacturing capabilities
Applications for the Manufacturing Innovation Fund are accepted quarterly, and awards range from $25,000 to $75,000. Applicant teams involving industry partners with 50 or more employees are required to contribute a match according to the sliding scale, with at least 50% of the match in the form of cash equity. Essentially, this is FREE money toward your next manufacturing innovation!
